The Clinic

Conflict doesn’t necessarily mean war, it can simply mean that there is some kind of breakdown that is hindering progress. The clinic, is a focused, team or group coaching process which brings your humans together, ‘in the room’, to get behind the symptoms to the problem beneath and generate new, constructive pathways. Small but mighty. For all forms of conflict, whether all-out-war or death by attrition.

N.B. The Clinic can be deployed as a stand-alone methodology to tackle an acute issue or as an iterative processes to support a business through periods of prolonged stress, growth or change.

The Program

Our 3 day leadership program entitled The Role of Self-Knowing in The Art of Evolutionary Leadership takes each delegate into the very heart of their personal operation in order to be able to understand and orchestrate their impact on the world.

With a unique focus on cutting edge neuroscience, the emerging field of energy psychology and of course the pivotal role of communication in effective leadership, this course is designed to bring an entirely new perspective and possibility to the modern leadership challenge.

We work on real-life challenges and apply constant prototyping to ensure that delegates come away with tools and new, realised insight. Above all else this course is designed to equip leaders with new confidence in their ability to lead impactfully through any challenge from the seat of inner-knowing and faith, no matter what the future throws down.
