Louisa Dellabarca is the founder of In The Room, a leadership and team coaching practice established in 2019. Based in Auckland and serving clients worldwide, Louisa specialises in high-stakes team coaching, systemic transformation, and conflict resolution. Her work focuses on engaging the whole system, fostering robust dialogue, and embedding communication practices that unlock collective intelligence.

Louisa’s approach is forged from over a decade of directing elite, high-pressure international operations. She began her career managing major events at London’s iconic Somerset House before moving into Formula One in 2006. As a senior project leader for ING’s global sponsorship of the Renault F1 team, she operated directly within the world's most synchronized, high-stakes environments- including leading the complex sponsorship activation at the inaugural 2008 Singapore Grand Prix.

Witnessing firsthand how elite teams either fly or fracture under intense pressure sparked a lifelong obsession with human potential. Today, Louisa combines her rigorous academic credentials from Oxford Brookes University with master-level facilitation to help modern leaders dismantle operational silos, resolve structural friction, and build resilient team cultures capable of extraordinary adaptation and performance.
