Based in Auckland and serving business and private clients globally, Louisa Dellabarca is the founder of In The Room. Established in 2019, her practice helps leaders harness the power of collective intelligence by improving connection and communication across their teams.

Louisa began her career in project management in the UK, working as the senior event manager at London’s iconic Somerset House. In 2006, she moved into Formula One, leading global project teams for ING’s sponsorship of the Renault F1 team alongside major Grand Prix events. Operating within the pitlanes and paddocks of F1, she witnessed some of the finest examples of high-stakes team synchronisation on the planet—sparking a lifelong interest in human potential and ultimately transitioning her into professional leadership and team coaching.

Today, Louisa specialises in team coaching and conflict resolution. Her work focuses on engaging the whole system, fostering robust team dialogue, and embedding communication practices that support strength, creativity, and adaptation. She brings a practical blend of international operational experience and a deep understanding of human dynamics to her approach, helping teams enact the principles of collective intelligence to generate extraordinary results.
